This detached Dalmatian villa enjoys an ideal quiet location and offers all the necessary comfort. It is on a slope and affords a breathtaking view towards the sea and the surroundings. It is quietly sitated on a side street with little traffic, in the Mala Iozna area. The beach of the same name is only 120 metres away.
The outdoor area on the ground floor includes a roofed terrace of around 30m² with an outdoor grill and seating for 10 people, a further sitting corner in front of the fireplace room and a beautiful sunny terrace with a pool and outdoor shower (solar). Postira is only 10km from the Supetar ferry port on the island Brac. The ferry to Supetar crosses at least 7 times a day in winter and more than 15 times in summer. The island has a good infrastructure. The locality itself has several supermarkets, shops, a post office, medical service, several restaurants and cafes. By the Mala Lozna pebbled beach just 120 metres away there is a café with meals. There is a sandy beach about 3km away and there is also a rocky beach nearby.
You can go mountain biking or cycling in the area, diving, hiking, play tennis, windsurfing, boccia, jet-skiing, visit historical sights, enjoy water sports or go on a boat trip.
