Positive: The location is good, the terrace is offering a wonderful view towards the sea. The house WOULD have everything to enjoy it.

Negative: The house is not maintained - many things are broken: beds (the slatted frame of one bed was just boards, in the second one the frame was 90cm while the bed is 140cm), doors scratching the floor, windows not working properly - loosely mounted, stair steps loose, backyard barbecue not usable. For the price charged this is absolutely unacceptable!
