The spacious 60 m² apartment is located in Monteneto, part of the Zambratija area, a small fishing village just 5 km from the center of Umag. The area is very peaceful and surrounded by greenery. The apartment was renovated in 2022. It is situated on the ground floor of a family house and features a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden. Surrounded by olive trees and meadows, it is immersed in nature. The beach can easily be reached on foot in just 7 minutes.
The apartment has been furnished with great care and attention. It features a bedroom with a double bed (160x200); bed linen is provided, two bedside tables with reading lamps, and a wardrobe. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower cabin, washbasin with cabinet and mirror, toilet, bidet, and washing machine. Two bathroom towels per person are provided. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two people, a coffee table, a flat-screen satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi internet access. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, cookware, and air conditioning. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen features a dining table and 4 chairs.
