Summary: This was a nice place 15 years ago maybe. Everyday we had to call the reception to get them to fix different things in the room. No working AC, no hot water, it was leaking water from the roof down on you when you sat on the toilet. Terrible experience. They show you restaurants on the map when You arrived that has been closed for many years. The ad says 4 restaurants and in real world it is one by the pool. That restaurant is very good but it is also the only restaurant. The kids club was also very nice with super nice personnel. But if you want a nice stay in Pula, do not pick this place. Our flight back home was scheduled at 9pm and check out was at 10 am. I begged them to compensate us with a room to 6 pm due to al the problems we had that week but there was no way the could do this. When i asked to speak to the manager over the phone I could not even get the managers number. I understand why, they would probably be drowning in complaints from the guests. We were not alone to have these kind of problems with our stay. Chose a other place to stay if you want a good stay in Pula!
