On the ground floor is the spacious living area with a comfortable sofa area, satellite TV and Playstation 4, a large dining table for 8 people, the fully equipped, modern kitchen with two large fridge/freezers, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Nescafe Dolce Gusto capsule machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc one bedroom with 200 x 200 cm double bed, satellite TV and en-suite bathroom, access to the sun terrace and pool, one bedroom with 200 x 200 cm double bed, divisible into two single beds, satellite TV and en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with 180 x 200 cm double bed with integrated bathroom, a fitness/games room with table football and fitness equipment, an additional bathroom with washing machine. A beautiful cantilevered staircase takes you to the upper floor with 2 further large bedrooms, beds 200 x 200 cm each, with en-suite bathrooms and access to the balcony. From here you can enjoy a sweeping view of the green, unspoilt countryside. A maximum of 2 baby travel cots with blankets and a maximum of 3 baby chairs are available on request. The living area and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with heating function. There is underfloor heating in all rooms.
